The
Bahamian Islands have long been a favorite of tourists from around the
world. The miles and miles beaches surrounded by the aquamarine blue of
the Caribbean Sea have attracted a wild assortment of adventurers,
smugglers, pirates and politicians. What
to do? There's gambling casinos in West End, historical forts in Nassau
and some of the world's best fishing and marine sports are available
virtually everywhere you go in the 700 island chain. Where
to stay? Featured

- Lobster meat
- 4 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1 large, ripe tomato, chopped
- Pepper to taste
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 large onion, sliced
- Salt to taste
- 1 c. meat stock or water
|
|
|
Pour cooking oil into frying
pan. Add onion & sauté until soft. Add curry powder &
cook about 5 min. Add tomato & continue cooking for a
few minutes. Add lobster, seasonings & stock or water. Simmer
for 30 min. Serve with boiled rice or cooked noodles. Serves 4 to
6.
