Baked Banana Custard
bullet1/2 c. bread crumbs
bullet2 c. milk
bulletjuice of 1 lime
bullet4 ripe bananas
bullet3 eggs
bullet5 Tbsp. sugar 

Peel & crush bananas.  Add 2 t. sugar, nutmeg & lime juice, then mix.  Place in buttered baking dish & cover with bread crumbs.  Beat eggs & remaining sugar until well missed.  Heat milk & add to egg mixture.  Bake at 350 degrees F. until custard is set.
