Conch Salad

  • 4 conch, cleaned & skin removed
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 stalk celery
  • ½ small sweet pepper
  • 1 large tomato
  • ½ cup sour orange, lemon or lime juice
  • salt, pepper & hot pepper to taste

NOTE:  Where conch is not available you can substitute lobster. 

Cut conch, onion celery, sweet pepper & tomato into small cube pieces. Combine all ingredients & mix well.
