Crawfish Curry

  • 2 c. crawfish, cooked, shredded & chilled
  • 1/2 c. mayonaise
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 2 tsp. onion, minced
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice

Place crawfish into a mixing bowl.  Mix together remaining ingredients and combine with the crawfish.  Serve on assorted crackers.
