Creamed Conch
bullet4 Conchs
bullet3 hard boiled eggs, diced
bullet2 med. onions, finely diced
bullet1 tsp. prepared mustard
bulletPepper to taste
bullet1 sweet pepper, finely chopped
bullet1 Tbsp. lemon juice
bullet1/2 c. mayonnaise
bulletsalt to taste

Beat conch, wash properly & boil without salt. Remove conch from water & dice. Add onions, eggs, sweet pepper & lemon juice.  Mix in mayonnaise & mustard. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
