Curried Lobster

bulletLobster meat
bullet4 Tbsp. curry powder
bullet1 large, ripe tomato, chopped
bulletPepper to taste
bullet6 Tbsp. butter
bullet1 large onion, sliced
bulletSalt to taste
bullet1 c. meat stock or water

Pour cooking oil into frying pan. Add onion & sauté until soft. Add curry powder & cook about 5 min.  Add tomato & continue cooking for a few minutes. Add lobster, seasonings & stock or water. Simmer for 30 min. Serve with boiled rice or cooked noodles. Serves 4 to 6.
