Stuffed Spare Ribs |

Place 1 section of ribs, meaty side down, in shallow pan. Cover with stuffing & top with 2nd section of ribs, meaty side up. Sprinkle with seasonings, add water to pan & roast in 350 degree F. preheated oven for 1 ½ to 2 hours. Add a bit more water during cooking if meat is drying out. Cut between ribs to serve. Apple Bread Stuffing:
Heat butter or margarine in skillet. Add celery & onions, brown lightly. Add remaining ingredients & combine evenly. |
